피드백에 대한 3가지 나쁜 예와
좋은 피드백을 위한 5가지 원칙.재밌는 원칙 중 하나. 전체 피드백을 잘 돌리기 위해 한명이 Facilitator가 되어야 한다. Facilitator가 되는 가장 대표적인 방법은 - 일어나서 / 화이트보드 앞으로 가서 / 펜을 잡는 것이라고 한다. 그리고 말하는 것들을 적어라. 그럼 사람들이 다 적을 때 까지 자기도 모르게 기다리게 되고 집중하게 된다는 것.
그리고 피드백에 참여하는 인원은 ‘최대 6명’임을 강조했다. 저녁먹는 인원 정도. 이걸 넘으면 각자 떠들기 시작한다고… ㅎㅎ
